Fundusz ING OFE zbył część akcji Emperii

Zarząd Emperii poinformował, że w wyniku zbycia akcji spółki Emperia Holding S.A., ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny zmniejszył stan posiadania akcji spółki, poniżej 5 proc. głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy. Akcje zostały zbyte w transakcjach na GPW.

Przed zbyciem akcji Fundusz posiadał 814 811 akcji spółki, stanowiących 5,39 proc. kapitału zakładowego spółki i był uprawniony do 5,39 proc. ogólnej liczby głosów.

Obecnie na rachunku papierów wartościowych Funduszu znajduje się 585 837 akcji spółki, co stanowi 3,88 proc. kapitału zakładowego. Akcje te uprawniają 3,88 proc. ogólnej liczby głosów.
