W tej branży pracuję 21 lat, mimo że mam inne wykształcenie, to nie widzę siebie w innej pracy. Przede wszystkim bardzo lubię kontakt z ludźmi. Moja praca w sklepie w znacznej części się na tym opiera. Wydaje mi się, że podejście sprzedawców w sklepie do klientów jest bardzo ważne. Po pierwsze – to my poznajemy potrzeby naszych klientów, a po drugie klienci lepiej postrzegają sklep, w którym jest miła obsługa. Podczas gdy nowe pracownice uczą się zawodu, zawsze chętnie podpowiadam i doradzam, by one też wiedziały, że dobry kontakt z klientami to podstawa. Lubię to co robię i w ten sposób pomagam, by cały biznes dobrze prosperował.
