Najwięcej satysfakcji przynosi mi poczucie, że mój klient jest zadowolony. Na ten sukces składa się wiele czynników, jednak najważniejszym z nich jest jakość obsługi. Gdy ktoś przychodzi do mojego sklepu, na przykład po miód, nie oferuję pierwszego lepszego z brzegu. Staram się dobierać produkty dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb kupującego. Inną ważną kwestią jest uczciwość, dlatego kieruję się w życiu zasadą – nie sprzedaję tego, czego sam bym nie kupił. Być może dlatego ludzie tak chętnie wracają do mojego sklepu. Oprócz stałych klientów na miejscu, regularnie odwiedzają mnie i ci, którzy mieszkają w innych rejonach Polski. Osoby przyjezdne, które widuję rokrocznie, to dla mnie ogromna satysfakcja. Jeszcze większe poczucie spełnienia dają ci, którzy poznali mój sklep z polecenia innych ludzi. Poczta pantoflowa nie od dzisiaj uznawana jest za najlepszą formę reklamy, dlatego ich obecność to komplement, zwłaszcza jeśli mieszkają daleko. Lubię myśleć, że wracają dzięki naszemu nastawieniu – drzwi zamykamy za klientem, a nie przed jego nosem. Zadowolony konsument to najlepsza reklama, a życzliwy uśmiech nic nie kosztuje. Dlatego w biznesie wygrywa ten, do którego wraca się z przyjemnością.
