Eurocash złożył do UOKiK wniosek w sprawie przejęcia kontroli nad spółką Frisco - poinformowała spółka.
„Już w 2014 r., kiedy zostaliśmy mniejszościowym akcjonariuszem Frisco SA, informowaliśmy, że w przyszłości możemy odkupić pozostałe akcje od funduszy MCI. Jesteśmy więc naturalnym partnerem do rozmów na ten temat, ale na ten moment żadne konkretne decyzje nie zapadły”.
