Zarządca ZM Henryk Kania złożył wniosek o upadłość spółki

Zarządca ustanowiony dla Zakładów Mięsnych Henryk Kania w przyspieszonym postępowaniu układowym złożył w Sądzie Rejonowym Katowice – Wschód w Katowicach, X Wydział Gospodarczy uproszczony wniosek o ogłoszenie upadłości Spółki – podały ZM Henryk Kania w komunikacie.
Wcześniej spółka informowała w komunikacie o umorzeniu przyspieszonego postępowania układowego przez sąd w Katowicach. Na umorzenie przyspieszonego postępowania układowego zezwoliła rada wierzycieli ZM Henryk Kania, w odpowiedzi na wniosek spółki.
