W TiM S.A. wszystko robi się z miłości do wina. Kultura winiarska oraz tradycja są głęboko zakorzenione w działaniach, dlatego co roku firma obchodzi Święto Młodego Wina. Celebracja tego święta jest nieodłącznym elementem funkcjonowania TiM S.A. Obchody w listopadzie 2019 roku miały szczególny charakter, bowiem zaproszono wyjątkowego gościa. Andrzej Woźnikowski miłośnik i znawca win przedstawił pracownikom Spółki tradycje świętowania młodego wina z nowego rocznika na świecie. Uczestnicy odbyli podróż do Francji dzięki Beaujolais, do Włoch za sprawą Novello, nie zapomniano również o Polsce, gdzie tradycja świętowania niedawno została rekultywowana. Wino Świętomarcińskie zagościło na stole będąc symbolem wysokiej jakości, rozwoju i potencjału polskiego winiarstwa.
