Spółka Natura & Co ogłosiła zakończenie procesu przejęcia firmy Avon Products Inc., tworząc czwartą co do wielkości grupę kosmetyczną na świecie.
Nowy właściciel producenta kosmetyków powołał nowy zarząd. Na czele grupy stanie Roberto Marques, który od 2017 r. jest prezesem Natura & Co, będzie również pełnił funkcję CEO nowej grupy. CEO spółki Avon zostanie Angela Cretu, która będzie odpowiedzialna za działalność grupy poza Ameryką Łacińską, a także za nadzór nad marką Avon na całym świecie.

- Od teraz znane na świecie firmy takie jak Avon, Natura, The Body Shop i Aesop będą funkcjonować w jednej, globalnej grupie. Połączenie znacznie zwiększa zasięg wielokanałowej grupy wielu marek, która stanie się liderem w sektorze sprzedaży bezpośredniej - podano w komunikacie.
