Z mojej perspektywy mijający rok 2019 był bardzo udany, i dla handlu (gdzie obserwowaliśmy na pewno dużo zmian), i dla konsumentów. Być może to właśnie przez socjalne programy poprawiła się sytuacja finansowa naszych klientów. Zakupowy boom widać przed świętami, długimi weekendami, większymi imprezami… Myślę, że to był dobry rok. Wydaje mi się, że ludzie są gotowi kupić mniej produktów za więcej, ale z dbałością o ich pochodzenie, skład i jakość. Ludzie zwracają uwagę na to, co jedzą, uważniej czytają etykietę. Są coraz bardziej świadomi, a w konsekwencji zadają coraz więcej pytań, na które sprzedawcy powinni umieć rzetelnie odpowiedzieć. Wiedza i kompetencje detalisty są istotne, dla klientów potrzebujących pomocy i porady. Oczywiście wiele osób daje sobie sama radę i nie potrzebuje podpowiedzi, ale nie wszyscy. Pytania zdarzają się zarówno ze strony starszych, jak i młodszych– nie ma na to reguły, każdy z nas chce przecież jeść zdrowo. Dlatego zdaje mi się, że w 2020 roku kluczowe jest wsłuchiwanie się w potrzeby naszych klientów, a także zmienianie asortymentu w zgodzie z obecnymi trendami.
