AmRest ze sprzedaży PizzaPortal otrzymał 35 mln euro

W ramach zapłaty za przeniesienie 100% udziałów w Restaurant Partner Polska Sp. z o.o. (“PizzaPortal”) AmRest otrzymał kwotę 35 mln EUR, z której 20 mln EUR stanowiła płatność gotówkowa, a równowartość pozostałej kwoty została przekazana w nowo wyemitowanych udziałach Glovo - podał AmRest w komunikacie.
W wyniku wspomnianej transakcji AmRest aktualnie posiada pakiet 7,5% udziałów w kapitale zakładowym Glovo (na poziomie nierozwodnionym).

Glovoapp23 S.L. jest właścicielem aplikacji Glovo – jednej z wiodących w Europie platform do zamawiania online oraz dowozu posiłków i innych dóbr konsumpcyjnych. Obecnie Glovo ma ponad 5,5 miliona użytkowników i 16 000 stowarzyszonych partnerów. Platforma funkcjonuje w 202 miastach w 26 krajach w rejonie Europy, Środkowego Wschodu, Sub-Afryki oraz Ameryki Południowej - czytamy w komunikacie spółki.
