Unia Europejska wstrzymuje import drobiu z Ukrainy

Ze względu na wystąpienie ogniska wysoce zjadliwej grypy ptaków (HPAI) podtypu H5 na Ukrainie (obwód winnicki), przesyłki mięsa i produktów drobiowych pochodzące z Ukrainy, certyfikowane po dniu 19.01.2020 r. nie mogą być dopuszczone do obrotu na terytorium Unii Europejskiej - czytamy w komunikacie Głównego Inspektoratu Weterynarii.
Ognisko wysoce zjadliwej grypy ptaków na Ukrainie zostało potwierdzone 19 stycznia 2020 r., w gospodarstwie położonym w rejonie niemirowskim, w obwodzie winnickim. W gospodarstwie, w którym wystąpiło ognisko ptasiej grypy utrzymywano 98000 sztuk drobiu. Unia Europejska o zakazie poinformowała władze Ukrainy. Ukraińska służba sanitarna wyraziła zdziwienie zakazem importu, twierdząc, że ukraińskie środki zwalczania tej epidemii nie odbiegają od tych obowiązujących w UE.
