FPP apeluje: koniec z nieoskładkowanymi umowami zlecenie

Federacja Przedsiębiorców Polskich (FPP) apeluje do rządu o uporządkowania systemu ubezpieczeniowego. Jednym z kroków, które FPP proponuje rządowi, jest ujednolicenie oskładkowania ZUS na umowach zlecenie. Aktualnie płacenie składek od tych umów jest wymagane do wysokości minimalnego wynagrodzenia, a inne umowy mogą pozostać nieoskładkowane. Wiąże się to z niższym wynagrodzeniem emerytalnym pracownika. Brak odprowadzania składek ZUS od umów zlecenie ma również wpływ na konkurencyjność firm na rynku. Ci przedsiębiorcy, który od umów zlecenie nie płacą składek, mogą zaoferować tańsze produkty i usługi. FPP przekonuje, że obowiązkowe objęcie wszystkich umów zlecenie oskładkowaniem na ubezpieczenie społeczne wyszłoby na dobre wszystkim zaangażowanym stronom.
