16 stycznia br. Cykoria S.A. uczestniczyła w Polskiej Wystawie Gospodarczej „Od COP do Gospodarki 4.0”, oficjalnie otwartej przez Prezydenta RP Andrzeja Dudę. Podczas wydarzenia osiągnięcia i innowacyjność zaprezentowało ponad 100 polskich producentów.
Inspiracją dla Polskiej Wystawy Gospodarczej była Powszechna Wystawa Krajowa, która odbyła się w 1929 roku w Poznaniu i która prezentowała gospodarczy, rolniczy, kulturalny, naukowy i polityczny dorobek państwa. Wystawę – na której obecne były takie firmy jak Goplana lub E.Wedel – odwiedziło wówczas prawie 4,5 mln osób. Pomysł realizacji podobnego przedsięwzięcia pojawił się w roku 1989, jednak nie doszedł do skutku i dopiero w tym roku został zrealizowany dzięki Polskiej Wystawie Gospodarczej 2018-2019.
