Porty Lotnicze przejęły Baltonę

Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe Porty Lotnicze kupiło w ramach wezwania 10.543.286 akcji Baltony - czytamy na portalu „Bankier.pl” na podstawie informacji Biura Maklerskiego PKO BP, pośredniczącego w wezwaniu.
Na dzień ogłoszenia wezwania, wzywający ani podmioty od niego zależne, ani podmiot wobec niego dominujący nie posiadały akcji Baltony.

W połowie października Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe Porty Lotnicze ogłosiło wezwanie do sprzedaży 11.256.577 akcji, stanowiących 100 proc. akcji Baltony, po cenie 6,95 zł za akcję. Wcześniej Baltona poinformowała o zawarciu umowy inwestycyjnej, na mocy której jej główny udziałowiec, firma Kempley z grupy Flamingo, sprzeda wszystkie posiadane akcje Baltony na rzecz PPL.
