Pożar w jednym z magazynów zbożowych w porcie gdyńskim

Pożar magazynu zbożowego w gdyńskim porcie został opanowany. W akcji brali udział strażacy z Gdyni, Gdańska i Wejherowa a także specjalistyczne statki Portowej Straży Pożarnej. Akcja dogaszania musiała być przeprowadzona szczególnie ostrożnie ze względu na naruszoną konstrukcję dachu. Trwa sukcesywne sprzątanie pogorzeliska. Przyczyny pożaru ustali policja. Nie ma osób poszkodowanych.

Ogień wybuchł przed godziną 9 i szybko objął dach magazynu. Czarny, gęsty dym widoczny był z odległości kilku kilometrów. O pojawieniu się ognia powiadomił pracownik Bałtyckiego Terminala Zbożowego.
