Minister Finansów podpisał rozporządzenie w sprawie udzielania przez Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego gwarancji spłaty kredytów w formule pomocy de minimis dla mikroprzedsiębiorców, małych i średnich przedsiębiorców (MŚP). Zmiana rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów pozwoli na objęcie gwarancjami do 80% kredytów. Ministerstwo Finansów zdecydowało o obniżeniu opłaty prowizyjnej od takich gwarancji z obecnego poziomu 0,5% do 0%.
Zmiana rozporządzenia podyktowana jest zagrożeniem koronawirusem i wyzwaniem, jakie ta sytuacja niesie dla polskich przedsiębiorców, w tym MŚP - powiedział minister Tadeusz Kościński.

Pomoc de minimis

Pomoc de minimis w formie gwarancji spłaty kredytów udzielanych przez BGK jest instrumentem szeroko wykorzystywanym przez MŚP dla zapewnienia środków na finansowanie działalności – przede wszystkim bieżącej, ale też i inwestycyjnej.

Ministerstwo Finansów szacuje, że BGK wystawi w 2020 r. gwarancję de minimis na kwotę 9,5 mld zł.
