Komisja Europejska zatwierdziła pogram pomocowy dla dużych firm

Komisja Europejska wydała pozytywną decyzję w sprawie programu pomocowego przewidującego udzielanie przedsiębiorcom pomocy publicznej w formie pożyczki preferencyjnej podlegającej umorzeniu. Program został notyfikowany Komisji Europejskiej przez Prezesa UOKiK 23 kwietnia br. i po ponad miesięcznych negocjacjach prowadzonych przez Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów oraz Polski Fundusz Rozwoju ostatecznie został uznany za zgodny z rynkiem wewnętrznym. – informuje UOKiK.
Program przewiduje udzielanie dużym przedsiębiorstwom i niektórym małym i średnim przedsiębiorstwom pożyczki mającej na celu finansowanie bieżącej działalności, natomiast umorzenie ma na celu rekompensatę szkód doznanych przez te nie w związku z wystąpieniem stanu epidemii. Kwota umorzenia nie może przekroczyć 75 proc. kapitału pożyczki oraz 75 proc. poniesionej przez przedsiębiorcę szkody. – czytamy dalej na stronie Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów.

Budżet zatwierdzonego programu wynosi 7,5 mld PLN. Jest on elementem programu rządowego pt. „Tarcza finansowa Polskiego Funduszu Rozwoju dla dużych firm”.
