Do UOKiK wpłynęło zgłoszenie dotyczące zamiaru przejęcia kontroli przez De Heus sp. z o.o. nad Golpasz S.A.
Głównym przedmiotem działalności w Polsce grupy kapitałowej, do której należy De Heus jest produkcja i sprzedaż paszy pełnoporcjowej, koncentratów paszowych i mieszanek mineralnych (premiksów) dla drobiu, bydła i trzody chlewnej, a także preparatów mlekozastępczych dla bydła i trzody chlewnej. Głównym przedmiotem działalności Golpasz jest produkcja i sprzedaż pasz pełnoporcjowych, koncentratów paszowych i mieszanek mineralnych (premiksów) dla drobiu, bydła i trzody chlewnej.
