Zmarł Jan Glacel, pierwszy Prezes Hochland Polska. Swą funkcję pełnił przez kilka lat od początku obecności Hochland w Polsce, a jego działania w ogromnym stopniu przyczyniły się do zbudowania mocnej pozycji rynkowej firmy. Jan Glacel był osobą, której ponad 25 lat temu Grupa Hochland powierzyła zadanie stworzenia oddziału na polskim rynku. Posiadał szeroką wiedzę, jak również praktyczne doświadczenie branżowe, co znalazło uznanie w ówczesnym kierownictwie Grupy.
