Sakiewka schabowa z serkiem Sertop i smażonymi podgrzybkami

Składniki:
  • 200 g schabu bez kości
  • 3 plastry sera topionego w plastrach Cheddar SERTOP
  • 200 g fioletowych ziemniaków
  • 100 g małych podgrzybków
  • 50 g masła klarowanego  
  • 3 plastry dowolnej szynki
  • 60 g pokrojonego pora
  • sól i pieprz
Sposób przygotowania:

Schab rozbijamy cienko, na środku układamy ser, por i szynkę pokrojoną w kosteczkę. Wszystko zgrabnie zwijamy, aby powstała szczelna sakiewka. Przyprawiamy solą i pieprzem. Wstawiamy sakiewkę na nagrzanego piekarnika (150-160 stopni) i pieczemy przez ok. 15-20 minut. Fioletowe ziemniaki gotujemy w osolonej wodzie, następnie obieramy je ze skórki. Grzybki oczyszczone smażymy na klarowanym maśle na złoty kolor. Całość układamy  na talerzu lub półmisku, dekorujemy gałązką rozmarynu i pokruszonymi chipsami z buraka.
