Podatek CIT dla spółek komandytowych, opłata cukrowa czy podatek od sprzedaży detalicznej to tylko niektóre koszty, które będą musiały uwzględnić firmy od 2021 roku. Do tego dojdą m.in. wyższa płaca minimalna czy podwyżka opłat za wywóz śmieci i energię. Zdaniem Grzegorza Baczewskiego z Konfederacji Lewiatan nadmierne obciążenie firm w warunkach kryzysu i często zmniejszonych przychodów może skutkować bankructwami. Te zaś spowodują mniejsze wpływy do budżetu państwa.
Jednym z nowych przepisów będzie nałożenie 19% podatku CIT na spółki komandytowe. Niezależnie od tego wspólnicy będą płacić, jak dotychczas, podatek dochodowy. Przepis ten dotyczy 40,6 tys. spółek komandytowych (stan na koniec 2019 roku). Ta liczba była o 13,3% wyższa niż rok wcześniej.
