W tym roku zgodnie z ustawą o ograniczeniu handlu w niedziele i święta będzie jedynie siedem niedziel handlowych. Pierwsza z nich już 31 stycznia.

Zakaz handlu nie obowiązuje jedynie w siedem niedziel w roku. Ustawa dopuszcza otwarcie sklepów w ostatnią niedzielę stycznia, kwietnia, czerwca i sierpnia oraz w dwie kolejne niedziele poprzedzające Boże Narodzenie i w niedzielę przed Świętami Wielkanocnymi.


W tym roku harmonogram niedziel handlowych wygląda następująco:

27 czerwca 2021
29 sierpnia 2021
12 grudnia 2021
19 grudnia 2021


Ograniczeniu nie podlegają m.in. sklepu osiedlowe, w których za ladą staną ich właściciele, markety na dworcach PKP, apteki, cukiernie czy stacje paliw.
