31 marca do sądu trafi pozew zbiorowy polskiej branży gastronomicznej przeciw Skarbowi Państwa – czytamy w komunikacie Izby Gospodarczej Gastronomii Polskiej (IGGP).
Zbiorowy pozew przedstawicieli gastronomii jest reakcją na konferencję ministra zdrowia Adama Niedzielskiego, który podczas czwartkowej konferencji zapowiedział podtrzymanie obostrzeń dla gastronomii.

Jak czytamy w komunikacie, lista uczestników postępowania zbiorowego zamknięta zostanie do 30 marca 2021 r. Planowany termin złożenia Pozwu zbiorowego ustalony został na 31 marca 2021 r.
