Zerowa stawka VAT na żywność, ma zacząć obowiązywać od zaraz. Polska nie musi czekać na wprowadzenie unijnych przepisów, by skorzystać z zerowej stawki VAT na żywność - informuje portal RMF24.pl.
Komisja Europejska udzieliła nieformalnej zgody, umożliwiając Polsce wprowadzenie zerowej stawki VAT na żywność od zaraz, jeszcze zanim zacznie obowiązywać nowa dyrektywa unijna, która na to pozwala – czytamy na portalu RMF24.pl.

KE zgadza się, dlatego że za kilka miesięcy wejdzie w życie nowa dyrektywa - uzgodniona 7 grudnia przez ministrów finansów UE, która już na to pozwala. Komisja Europejska po prostu przymknie oczy na fakt, że Polska przez kilka miesięcy nie będzie w zgodzie z aktualną dyrektywą VAT – informuje RMF24.pl
