9 marca przedstawiciele Miasta Łomży i Echo Investment podpisali Akt Notarialny, ostatecznie regulujący sprawy własności terenu. Firma deweloperska chce w najbliższym czasie złożyć wniosek o pozwolenie na budowę Galerii Veneda w Łomży.

"Podpisując akt uzyskaliśmy prawo do dysponowania całością niezbędnego terenu pod budowę Galerii Veneda" - mówi Dariusz Anisiewicz, architekt, Specjalista do spraw planistycznych i administracyjnych Echo Investment, który reprezentował spółkę przy podpisaniu Aktu Notarialnego.

Na  działce u zbiegu ulic Zawadzkiej i Sikorskiego w Łomży zostanie zrealizowane centrum handlowe Galeria Veneda o powierzchni ok. 39 000 mkw. W programie centrum powstanie ok. 90 sklepów i hipermarket. Klienci centrum będą mieli do dyspozycji ponad 600 miejsc parkingowych.

Koncepcja architektoniczna powstała w warszawskiej pracowni projektowej Mąka Sojka Architekci, we współpracy z zespołem architektów Echo Investment. Obecnie trwa kompletowanie dokumentacji pozwalającej na złożenie wniosku o pozwolenie na budowę.

Rozpoczęcie prac budowlanych planowane jest na II połowę 2010 roku. Budowa potrwa około 15 miesięcy.
