Henkel sprzedał biznes w Rosji

Henkel podpisał umowę sprzedaży swojej działalności w Rosji na rzecz konsorcjum lokalnych inwestorów finansowych. W kwietniu 2022 roku spółka ogłosiła decyzję o wyjściu z Rosji.
W skład konsorcjum, nabywającego od Henkla jego biznes w Rosji, wchodzą Augment Investments, Kismet Capital Group oraz Elbrus Services Wszystkie te podmioty mają ugruntowane i wieloletnie relacje biznesowe w krajach zachodnich i nie są objęte sankcjami Unii Europejskiej czy Stanów Zjednoczonych.

Uzgodniona cena zakupu wynosi 54 miliardy rubli, co odpowiada około 600 mln euro. Właściwe rosyjskie władze już zatwierdziły transakcję; jej ostateczna finalizacja jest jeszcze w toku.
