Summer Fancy Food Show to największe wydarzenie branży spożywczej B2B w Ameryce Północnej, podczas którego uczestnicy mogą zapoznać się z nowymi produktami spożywczymi, trendami panującymi na rynku czy wymienić się spostrzeżeniami związanymi z rozwojem technologii w branży. Tegoroczna impreza odbyła się w dniach 25-27 czerwca 2023 roku w Javits Center w Nowym Jorku.

Różnorodność oferty na Summer Fancy Food Show

Tegoroczna edycja gościła ponad 2200 wystawców z całego świata, prezentujących ponad 180 tys. produktów spożywczych w ponad 40 kategoriach, takich jak: nabiał, wyroby cukiernicze, napoje, kawy i herbaty, przekąski, słodycze czy produkty roślinne.

Międzynarodowy charakter wydarzenia

Summer Fancy Food Show to również międzynarodowe pawilony. W tym roku zarejestrowano ich ponad 30, a oficjalnym krajem partnerskim było Królestwo Maroka. Na wydarzeniu nie brakowało również firm z Polski, które w większości zrzeszone były w pawilonach narodowych. Na imprezie można było zobaczyć polskie produkty producentów takich jak: Hortex, Bakoma, Colian, Maspex (z marką Łowicz), ACTIV (marka Royal Apple), Sweet & Joy, czy Polska Róża. Polskie firmy zlokalizowane były na stoiskach narodowych MRiRW, KRD-IG i PAIH.
