Gobarto ma bezwarunkową zgodę UOKiK na dokonanie koncentracji polegającej na przejęciu kontroli nad Al Ba Podlaskie Centrum Mięsne Żuraw i Gryko sp. j. oraz nad Franko Dystrybucja sp. z o.o. - czytamy w komunikacie Gobarto.
Po uzyskaniu zgody na koncentrację i ostatecznym nabyciu przedmiotowych udziałów, spółka rozszerzy działalność swojej grupy kapitałowej o hurtownie wędlin, drobiu i przetworów mięsnych zlokalizowane w północno-wschodniej części Polski na obszarze województw podlaskiego i warmińsko–mazurskiego.
