Mija kolejny rok funkcjonowania interdyscyplinarnej grupy „Columbus”, która powstała z inicjatywy pracowników, by prowadzić szeroko pojęte działania prośrodowiskowe. Celem tej idei było danie nowego impulsu kulturze zaangażowania i innowacji w Hochland Polska.
Przedsiębiorczość i cenne pomysły, połączone z inicjatywą dla ich realizacji, stanowiły i stanowią jedną z najważniejszych przewag konkurencyjnych Hochland w Polsce. Tylko dając przestrzeń uwagom i ideom pracowników oraz angażując każdego w rozwiązanie problemów, można wyzwalać ogromny potencjał najcenniejszego kapitału – ludzi.

Wszyscy w grupie Columbus są równie świadomi tego, jak ważny dla nas i następnych pokoleń jest Zrównoważony Rozwój. Mamy też przekonanie, że waga działań prośrodowiskowych jest z każdym rokiem coraz większa.
