Spółka Zabka Group („Grupa Żabka”), która stworzyła wiodący w Polsce, ekosystem convenience działający w oparciu o zaawansowane technologie, opublikowała dzisiaj prospekt i rozpoczyna ofertę publiczną swoich akcji („Oferta”).
Przedział cenowy Oferty został ustalony na poziomie 20,00–21,50 PLN za Akcję Oferowaną. Przedział ten wyznaczono na potrzeby procedury budowy księgi popytu.

Oferta będzie obejmować sprzedaż nie więcej niż 300 000 000 istniejących akcji (z wyłączeniem Akcji Dodatkowego Przydziału). Na podstawie ustalonego przedziału cenowego, potencjalna wartość Oferty wyniesie około 6-6,45 mld PLN.

Proces budowy księgi popytu wśród Inwestorów Instytucjonalnych zostanie przeprowadzony w okresie od 1 do 9 października 2024 roku. Inwestorzy Detaliczni będą mogli składać zapisy na akcje w okresie od 2 do 9 października 2024 roku w punktach obsługi klienta PKO BP Oddział - Biuro Maklerskie (pełniącego rolę Agenta Oferującego) oraz innych członków Konsorcjum Detalicznego w Polsce przyjmujących zapisy od Inwestorów Detalicznych.
