21 listopada, w szkole kulinarnej Ashanti w Łodzi, odbędzie się kolejne wydarzenie w ramach Akademii Hochland Professional. Tym razem Hochland Polska wraz z Hochland Polska Professional i Maciejem Rosińskim zapraszają na warsztaty kulinarne ‘Burgery i słodki Street Food’.
Maciej Rosiński to cukiernik, szef kuchni, autor książek o nowoczesnym cukiernictwie, wykładowca na Chocolate Academy i Międzynarodowej Szkole Kulinarnej Ashanti, a także Akademii Hochland Professional.
