We wrześniu br. marka Bella ruszyła z pierwszym programem edukacji menstruacyjnej #OkresNoStres, który skupia się nie na fizycznych aspektach menstruacji, ale na wyzwaniach natury psychicznej, które towarzyszą dziewczynkom doświadczającym pierwszego okresu.
W ramach programu #OkresNoStres szkoły zyskują dostęp do bezpłatnych materiałów edukacyjnych, w tym scenariusza 45-minutowej lekcji wspartej materiałem multimedialnym i kartami pracy dla uczniów oraz nauczycieli. Uzupełnieniem materiałów są ulotki dla rodziców, które przygotowują ich na to, jak mądrze wspierać swoje córki w rozmowach o pierwszym okresie. Za merytorykę programu #OkresNoStres odpowiada Tosia Kopyt, doświadczona psycholożka i nauczycielka WDŻ.
