Od stycznia 2025 roku funkcję prezesa przejął Paweł Ziębaczewski, związany z firmą od 18 lat. Dotychczasowy prezes, Janusz Ciepliński, po ponad dwóch dekadach zarządzania przechodzi do rady nadzorczej, gdzie dołączy do właściciela firmy Piotra Marczaka.
W zarządzie znalazł się również Robert Zdanowski, obecny dyrektor finansowy, z blisko 17-letnim stażem w firmie. Decyzja o zmianach wynika z potrzeby oddzielenia codziennego zarządzania operacyjnego od strategicznego nadzoru nad Grupą. „Doszliśmy do momentu, kiedy dalszy rozwój wymaga nowej struktury zarządzania. Przekazujemy operacyjne stery doświadczonym liderom, którzy doskonale znają organizację i specyfikę rynku” – podkreśla Piotr Marczak, właściciel MAGO. Nowy prezes, Paweł Ziębaczewski, zapowiada kontynuację kluczowych działań oraz dalszą ekspansję. Wraz z nowym zarządem firma wchodzi w kolejny etap wzrostu, planując akwizycje oraz inwestycje w zieloną energię i zrównoważony rozwój. MAGO już dziś korzysta z odnawialnych źródeł energii i realizuje ambitną strategię ESG.
