Podczas walnego zgromadzenia udziałowców zapadła decyzja o wyborze nowego prezesa Grupy Chorten, która współpracuje z ponad 3000 sklepów detalicznych w całej Polsce.
Przez kolejny rok, do wygaśnięcia kadencji obecnego zarządu, funkcję tę będzie sprawować Sylwia Władyko, od 2022 roku wiceprezes Grupy Chorten, wcześniej zaś wieloletnia dyrektor generalna i handlowa firmy. Od 20 lat jest związana z branżą FMCG. Swoje doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zdobywała także w innych sieciach handlowych – m.in. PMB Market i Groszek.
