LACTIMA wprowadza nową linię serów w plasterkach S.O.S. (slice-on-slice), opracowaną z myślą o potrzebach profesjonalnej gastronomii oraz segmentu retail.
Zastosowana metoda pakowania plasterków „na zakładkę” umożliwia ich szybkie i łatwe oddzielanie. Produkt wyróżnia się stabilnym topnieniem, dzięki czemu pod wpływem wysokiej temperatury ser zachowuje strukturę i pełnię smaku. Jest odpowiedni do zastosowań typowych dla segmentu QSR, casual dining i foodservice: burgerów, tostów, pizzy, kanapek oraz innych dań serwowanych na ciepło. Linia dostępna jest w dwóch formatach dopasowanych do różnych kanałów sprzedaży: duże opakowanie 1050 g (84 x 12,5 g) oraz mniejsze 350 g.
