Sfinks zwiększa płynność aneksem kredytu w BOŚ

Sfinks Polska podpisał aneks do umowy kredytowej z BOŚ, poprawiający płynność spółki. Nowy harmonogram zakłada miesięczną spłatę odsetek oraz uregulowanie kapitału w 2028 roku, przy obniżonym oprocentowaniu uzależnionym od terminowych płatności.
- Spłata nadmiernego zadłużenia, które dociążyło spółkę w okresie pandemii i któremu podporządkowane były nasze działania biznesowe, przestaje determinować naszą aktywność. Dzięki partnerskiemu podejściu BOŚ i podpisanemu aneksowi będziemy mogli znów skupić się na rozwoju biznesu, bo wysokość rat przestanie być czynnikiem ograniczającym nasze plany. Wypracowane rozwiązanie zapewni Sfinksowi nową perspektywę wzrostu, co w konsekwencji stworzy warunki do płynnej obsługi zadłużenia – wyjaśnia Sylwester Cacek, prezes Sfinksa.
