W dniu 2 listopada br. została podpisana umowa z firmą  AMB  Hurt Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Otwocku. Na mocy umowy Waspol S.A. zakupił wybrane składniki majątku  tej firmy i rozszerzył obszar działania w województwie mazowieckim.

AMB Hurt jest firmą od 20 lat działającą z sukcesem na lokalnym rynku dystrybucji piwa i napojów. Jest to już szóste przejęcie i trzecie w tym roku zrealizowane przez Waspol S.A. Jeszcze w tym roku planowane jest sfinalizowanie kolejnej akwizycji, co znacząco wpłynie na poprawę wyników finansowych w 2011 roku. Poprzez przejęcia Waspol realizuje strategię, w wyniku której stał się liderem na rynku dystrybucji piwa w centralnej i północno wschodniej Polsce. Spółka konsekwentnie będzie rozszerzała skalę i obszar działalności w celu dalszej poprawy wyników finansowych.
