01.12.2010 hucznie otwarto 39 sklep sieci Zielony Market w miejscowości Kosów Lacki (województwo mazowieckie). To po Kleszczelach (województwo podlaskie) i Myszyńcu (województwo mazowieckie) trzecie otwarcie w ciągu miesiąca. Jak zawsze zjawił się tłum klientów zachęcony licznymi promocjami, konkursami z atrakcyjnymi nagrodami i wieloma niespodziankami.

Na ten rok zaplanowane są jeszcze 2 otwarcia nowych Zielonych Marketów. Z pewnością na świąteczne zakupy będzie można się wybrać do sklepu w Ełku i Kowalach Oleckich w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim.

SPS Handel S.A. rozpoczęła swoją działalność w marcu 1998 roku. Od 2000 roku tworzy sieć sklepów w branży spożywczo-przemysłowej. Firma jest także jednym z największych dystrybutorów hurtowych na terenie Polski.

W ostatnich tygodniach firma pozyskała partnera finansowego - grupę Resource Partners. Na  mocy umowy fundusz obejmie mniejszościowy pakiet akcji SPS Handel S.A. o wartości 60 mln zł.

Transakcja ta w znaczny sposób przyspieszy prowadzone inwestycje, a pozyskane środki zostaną wykorzystane na przejęcia.
