Docelowo dwadzieścia osób znajdzie pracę w uruchamianym ponownie Browarze w Niechanowie. Właściciel zapowiada, iż będą to głównie mieszkańcy gminy.  Pierwsze zatrudnienia jeszcze w styczniu.

W Browarze Niechanowo obecnie trwa kapitalny remont pomieszczeń, renowacja sprzętów i maszyn. Wykonują go podwykonawcy, firmy zewnętrzne.

Pełną parą browar ma ruszyć na wiosnę 2011 roku. „Kilka osób znajdzie zatrudnienie u nas do już końca stycznia" - mówi Katarzyna Moszko-Stachowska, rzecznik prasowy Browaru Niechanowo. „W porozumieniu z Urzędem Gminy zebraliśmy podania o pracę" - dodaje.

„Cieszymy się, że w naszej Gminie powstają nowe firmy i, że nasz lokalny browar znalazł inwestora. Jak widać gmina już na tym zyskuje" - mówi Eugeniusz Zamiar, wójt gminy Niechanowo.  Największe zakłady w gminie to Petroestry i Energo-Tech. Teraz dołączy do nich Browar Niechanowo.

W 2009 roku Browar w Niechanowie zyskał nowego właściciela. Od czasu zamknięcia poprzedniego, minęło trzynaście lat. Browar zapowiada kontynuację produkcji znanych piw  Gnieźnieńskiego i Pelikana.
