21 stycznia 2011 do grona najemców Galerii Legionowo dołączył operator spożywczy, firma Tesco Polska Sp. z o.o. Najemca wynajął 8 521 mkw., w tym powierzchnię sali sprzedaży liczącą 5 000 m kw. W procesie najmu właściciela Galerii Legionowo - Irlandzką Grupę Inwestycyjną (IGI) - reprezentowała firma DTZ, międzynarodowy doradca na rynku nieruchomości.

Obiekt zlokalizowany jest w Legionowie pomiędzy ulicami Zegrzyńską i Wąską oraz linią kolejową - przy drodze wylotowej z Warszawy na Pułtusk i Ostrołękę, na wysokości wiaduktu, w pobliżu dworca kolejowego Legionowo.

Projekt wyróżnia się wyjątkową architekturą, przyjaznym otoczeniem oraz rozplanowaniem przestrzeni wokół centrum, uwzględniającym wygodne rozwiązania komunikacyjne dla wszystkich środków transportu.

Galeria Legionowo będzie centrum handlowym o powierzchni całkowitej przekraczającej 57 000 mkw. i o powierzchni najmu ok. 43 000 mkw. W obiekcie oprócz Tesco oraz Castoramy znajdzie się sklep wielkopowierzchniowy z branży RTV / AGD, kino, galeria handlowa z około 140 sklepami oraz parking na ponad 1 000 miejsc.

Za koncept architektoniczny odpowiada pracownia BroadwayMalyan. Inwestorem Galerii jest Irlandzka Grupa Inwestycyjna Legionowo, która planuje ukończenie projektu w II połowie 2013 roku. Międzynarodowa firma doradcza DTZ odpowiada za komercjalizację obiektu.
