Połączenie OSM Piątnica z SM Ostrołęka

W dniu 29 marca 2011 r. Walne Zgromadzenie Przedstawicieli Okręgowej Spółdzielni Mleczarskiej w Piątnicy jednogłośnie przyjęło uchwałę o połączeniu z SM Ostrołęka. Kilka miesięcy wcześniej, w grudniu 2010 r., podobną uchwałę podjęło Walne Zgromadzenie Przedstawicieli SM Ostrołęka.

Od 31 marca 2011 r. będzie funkcjonował jeden podmiot pod nazwą Okręgowa Spółdzielnia Mleczarska w Piątnicy, a zakład produkcyjny Spółdzielni Mleczarskiej Ostrołęka stanie się oddziałem terenowym OSM Piątnica.

Dzięki fuzji obu przedsiębiorstw OSM Piątnica umocni swoją pozycję wśród największych firm mleczarskich w Polsce, a udziałowcy połączonych spółdzielni uzyskają większe możliwości rozwoju swoich gospodarstw.
