Rok 2011 rozpoczął się bardzo pracowicie dla sieci supermarketów Piotr i Paweł.

Od stycznia do kwietnia otwarto 3 nowe placówki - pierwsza otwarta 30.03. to czwarty sklep (932 mkw.) w Gdańsku zlokalizowany przy ul. Nieborowskiej 8, druga to sklep (1178 mkw.) w Bolesławicach k/Słupska otwarty 8 kwietnia i trzecia otwarta 16 kwietnia placówka to drugi sklep (818 mkw.) w Szczecinie.

Sieć wprowadza również nowe rozwiązania funkcjonalne i wizualne w sklepach np. nowa markiza w dziale warzyw i owoców, nowe koszyki ze specjalnymi wózkami. Ruszyła i trwa nowa kampania „Z miłości do Świeżości" a w tym dwie duże akcje promocyjne z cyklu „Tygodni Świeżości" tematycznie związane z asortymentem ryb, serów. Zrealizowano także specjalną akcję „Tydzień kobiet". Wkrótce nowe otwarcia i nowe działania.
