Pracodawcy do końca lutego zobowiązani są do przesłania swoim pracownikom informacji PIT-11, dotyczącej wysokości pobranych w 2011 roku zaliczek na podatek dochodowy. Alternatywą do przesyłania PIT-11 w tradycyjnej formie papierowej jest wysyłka elektroniczna.

Prawidłowość przesyłania PIT-11 w formie elektronicznej potwierdzają władze skarbowe w wydanych interpretacjach. Pamiętajmy jednak, iż wysłanie PIT-11 w formie mailowej wymaga uprzedniej zgody pracownika, wyrażonej w formie pisemnej oraz posiadania przez pracodawcę bezpiecznego podpisu elektronicznego.
