W związku z artykułem pt. „Komornik puka do drzwi Biedronki” opublikowanym w dniu 17 października br. w dzienniku Puls Biznesu, a także informacjami, które pojawiają się w mediach w związku z powyższą publikacją, spółki Jeronimo Martins Polska S.A. oraz Rowe & Partners Limited złożyły wspólne oświadczenie.

Spółki potwierdzają, że powstał spór pomiędzy nimi. Nie potwierdzają natomiast, iż w dniu dzisiejszym zostaną podjęte jakiekolwiek działania prawne przez komornika, wobec całego asortymentu produktów Jeronimo Martins Polska S.A., w tym RTV i AGD.

Nie jest prawdą, iż spór dotyczy kilkudziesięciu milionów złotych. Przedmiotem sporu jest kwota wielokrotnie niższa.

Pomimo zawisłego przed sądem sporu, strony prowadzą rozmowy w celu polubownego zakończenia sprawy.

Dla przypomnienia - spór między spółkami powstał z powodu nienależytego wykonania przez Rowe & Partners Limited swoich zobowiązań, wynikających z umowy na wykonanie projektów opakowań.
