Ruszyły rozmowy z wierzycielami. Na razie zarząd nie chce oceniać szans na zawarcie układu.
Zdaniem ekspertów, zawarcie układu może przeciągnąć się w czasie. Do układu zgłoszono wierzytelności o wartości ok. 230 mln zł. Akcjonariusze kilka dni temu dali zielone światło na emisję do 50 mln warrantów zamiennych na akcje. Ich minimalna cena emisyjna to 1,2 zł za sztukę.

Jeszcze rok temu kurs Bomi wynosił ponad 4 zł. W maju tego roku przebił poziom 1,2 zł i spadał dalej. Wczoraj po południu wynosił  0,27 zł.
