Prezes Tesco Dave Lewis odchodzi ze stanowiska

Dotychczasowy szef Tesco Dave Lewis ogłosił, że zrezygnuje ze stanowiska. Lewis złożył dymisje z powodów osobistych, podkreślając, że jego zdaniem wypełnił zadanie, jakie mu powierzono i teraz jest czas na przekazanie stanowiska kolejnej osobie.
Dave Lewis był prezesem Tesco przez pięć lat. Ze stanowiska odejdzie latem 2020 roku. Nowym prezesem Tesco zostanie Ken Murphy, obecny dyrektor finansowy w Walgreens Boots Alliance. Spółka poinformowała, że przyjmuje decyzję Dave'a Lewisa z żalem i że zrobił on dla firmy "świetną robotę".
