Rok 2021 przyniósł wiele trudności i wyzwań. W szczególności dotyczyło to sieci lodziarnio-kawiarni, które już drugi rok działały w ograniczonym zakresie. Do tego doszły również podwyżki cen podstawowych surowców, problemy z łańcuchami dostaw i rosnące koszty produkcji. To wszystko sprawiło, że miniony rok był bardzo trudny.
Patrząc z perspektywy całego naszego biznesu, mamy jednak przekonanie, że siła marki budowanej przez kilkanaście lat, bezkompromisowe podejście do jakości, zaufanie którym darzą nas klienci, ale także ogromne zaangażowanie pracowników i ich ciężka praca pozwoliły nam przetrwać ten trudny czas. Konsumenci chętnie sięgali po nasze lody familijne, dzięki czemu kolejny już raz umocniliśmy pozycję lidera rynku w tej kategorii. To pokazuje, że jakość, smak i tradycja, czyli wartości, które wyznajemy i które stoją za marką Grycan od samego początku, mają ogromne znaczenie.
