Inspektorzy weryfikowali, czy oceniane kosmetyki zawierają wszystkie wymagane przepisami informacje, m.in. dot. funkcji, wykazu składników, szczególnych środków ostrożności. Analizowali też, czy produkty w opisie składu nie zawierają substancji niedozwolonych oraz sprawdzali prawdziwość oświadczeń marketingowych – czytamy w komunikacie UOKiK.
Kontrolerzy sprawdzili 255 hurtowni i sklepów – zarówno niewielkich drogerii, jak i placówek należących do sieci. W niemal połowie stwierdzili nieprawidłowości. Najczęstsze zastrzeżenia dotyczyły braku lub nieprawidłowej informacji o składnikach i funkcji produktu oraz przekroczenia daty trwałości. Pobierz raport i wykaz zakwestionowanych artykułów.
