„2022 był kolejnym trudnym rokiem dla branży piwowarskiej. Kolejna podwyżka podatku akcyzowego o 10%, wojna w Ukrainie i jej konsekwencje, szybko rosnąca inflacja oraz zakłócenia w łańcuchu dostaw postawiły nas przed niezwykle trudnymi wyzwaniami. Musieliśmy także stawić czoła nastrojom konsumenckim, które były gorsze niż w najtrudniejszych chwilach COVID-19” – przyznaje Iwona Jacaszek-Pruś, Dyrektorka ds. korporacyjnych, Kompania Piwowarska.
„Wg danych Kompanii Piwowarskiej sprzedaż piwa w sezonie kwiecień-sierpień spadła wolumenowo o ok. 2,5% rok do roku. Wartość rynku wzrosła wyłącznie ze względu na wzrost cen detalicznych piwa wynikających z inflacji. Rosły wolumenowo, ale znacznie wolniej niż w poprzednich latach piwa bezalkoholowe – blisko 6%, smakowe – blisko 5%, lagery premium, głównie marki międzynarodowe – blisko 7%, specjalności – ponad 3%. Kompania Piwowarska odnotowała dwukrotnie wyższy wzrost niż średni na rynku w specjalnościach. Utrzymaliśmy pozycję lidera branży i realizowaliśmy cele strategii „Lepsza Przyszłość 2030”. Nadal będziemy rozwijać segmenty piw 0,0%, smakowych, lagerów premium i superpremium: Kozel, Pilsner Urquell, Peroni oraz wspierać nasze marki, które są liderami na polskim rynku: Żubra i Tyskie”.
