Historie Północy i marki Specjal są ze sobą nierozerwalnie związane. Sięgające XIX wieku tradycje elbląskiego browaru inspirują do czerpania z lokalnych legend i symboli. W tym sezonie marka Specjal ponownie odnosi się do swoich północnych korzeni w kampanii „Dumni z Północy”. W jej ramach na sklepowych półkach pojawiła się limitowana seria opakowań nawiązujących do symboliki regionu.
Przywiązanie do tradycji, unikalna receptura oraz browarnicza historia nierozerwalnie związana z okolicami Elbląga zapewniła Specjalowi status lokalnego symbolu.
