Nowy kanał marki na Instagramie, @tictacglobal, wystartował w drugiej połowie października. Na początek marka wprowadziła teaser nowej komunikacji, by następnie ruszyć z treściami skierowanymi do odświeżonej grupy docelowej – GenZ.
Za strategię, koncepcję kreatywną, produkcję treści, moderację oraz promocję mediową nowego kanału Tic Tac® na Instagramie odpowiada agencja VML Poland, wyłoniona w wyniku przetargu. Agencja już wcześniej obsługiwała kanał marki na Instagramie w latach 2014-22.

W 2024 roku przypada 10 rocznica współpracy VML Poland z Ferrero International. W ramach bieżących działań realizowanych dla marki agencja opracowuje globalne assety oraz toolkity na wszystkie rynki, na których jest obecny Tic Tac®. Ponadto VML Poland odpowiada za projekt i wdrożenie globalnej strony internetowej dla marki Tic Tac®.
